Ladies are lovely from the time we arrived right up until we left.
The vet Dr Carine was absolutely amazing in diagnosis and available treatments to our little girl.
The whole place has a calming atmosphere and very clean.

Edit: we understand you had no room. It was the attitude you brought to us which you have not been receptive of.
We rang up this morning and the vet was initially happy to take us. They then asked if we had taken our dog to another clinic and was adamant to specify. We said yes and named which vet. Suddenly the ladies tone altered and I was riddled with potential excuses as to why they could not to take our dog. We called because our dog is gravely ill and the vet we normally take her to is closed. Honestly this is incredibly saddening. I’ve never had such an experience with a ‘professional’ medical institute before.

Very lovely and helpful.. but I did notice while the veterinarian is all for helping animals if you don't have the cash will suggest paying on the day you can... While one lady at the admin (just the one) gives you a nasty tone and is rude and won't allow you to bring the injured or sick animal in UNLESS you HAVE money....
Pretty sad in my opinion, animals deserve care too when needed
Our beagle pup enjoyed the recently completed puppy course, so did we! Learnt a lot, even though we have owned other types of dogs in the past. It was a great chance to encourage socialisation amongst the dogs. Staff are very caring and helpful.
Absolutely love the team at the at Yeppoon Vet Surgery. I have been using them for over 5 years and they always go above and beyond to help out.
We took our cat here to have her ears checked. The vet did a great job cleaning them, and looking at some swabs. She handled a crabby old cat very gently. The whole practice was quite professional.
Very good place to take your pet,empathy from the staff is amazing,and very thorough report from actual Vet,they certainly go the extra mile
